Hydrogen and fuel cell technology in research and development

The Institute for Sustainable Energy Technology and Mobility, INEM for short, is committed to specialised and interdisciplinary teaching, disciplinary and interdisciplinary research as well as further education and transfer in the development of sustainable and efficient technologies in the field of energy supply and mobility. INEM is also committed to communicating and internalising guidelines for sustainable action, research and development. INEM thus sees itself as an important component of sustainable development in the sense of implementing and communicating social, ecological and economic concerns in order to meet the needs of today's life but also those of future generations.

The INEM is a joint- and cross-faculty scientific institution of the Hochschule Esslingen. It aims to cover interdisciplinary tasks in teaching, science and research. The focus here is on the sustainability of energy supply and mobility, with a particular focus on hydrogen as a sustainable energy carrier.
