Our tasks include the professional exchange of experience and opinions in the gas and water sector as well as the regional support of our members. In addition, we collect regionally significant news and background information for the gas and water sector. Information on technical-scientific essentials and answering individual questions on the DVGW rules and regulations are just as much a part of our tasks as supporting and participating in political initiatives and developments. We keep you informed by holding talks, professional events and trainings as well as issuing newsletters. We advise the political decision-makers and those of the competent authorities. Thus, we represent the interests of the gas and water sector. We provide access to the work of the DVGW expert committees and communicate their knowledge of the DVGW's rules and regulations, as well as all information relevant to technical and economic corporate management. We also offer our assistance in a company’s quality assurance. We are your direct link to gas and water supply companies, the ministries and competent authorities, technical-scientific associations and the associations of market partners.
