As a manufacturer of reflow soldering systems as well as drying, dispensing and coating systems, Rehm Thermal Systems has been producing energy-efficient production equipment since 1990. We also realise customised applications for our customers.
From sensitive membranes with thicknesses of 20 μm to drying hundreds of bipolar plates in a stack or magazine.
Our modular systems enable the drying and curing of all pastes on any moulds and substrates at temperatures of up to 1000 °C

We also offer dispensing systems that can be used for the application of sealants or primer materials.
