Automobiles have been manufactured at the Neckarsulm location for over 100 years. Driven by innovative ideas, passion and the pursuit of perfection, this location has developed from a knitting machine factory into a modern automobile production facility. AUDI AG is one of the largest employing companies in the Heilbronn-Franconia economic region.
In the Volkswagen Group, AUDI AG is responsible for the development and industrialization of fuel cell technology. The Competence Center for Fuel Cell Technology in Neckarsulm will continue to pursue its activities in the future in order to maintain technological operational capability and gain important experience.
