Cluster Electric Mobility South-West — innovative, electric and digital mobility solutions of the future

Cluster Electric Mobility South-West, founded in 2007, succeeds in bringing together companies across sectors with research institutes and a unique, long-term and extremely stable cooperation network, thus accelerating research and development in the field of new mobility solutions. The focus of the cooperation in working and project groups is on the following topics: E-motor manufacturing, digitalising vehicles and mobility, commercial vehicles as a special application and the role of the battery in the circular economy, among other things. Cross-cutting issues in the areas of internationalisation and qualification are also addressed.

The network of the Cluster Electric Mobility comprises 200 members from the fields of electric mobility and digitalisation in Baden-Württemberg. Cluster Electric Mobility South-West is also networked beyond state and industry borders and counts cluster initiatives, associations and organisations in Germany  and abroad among its partners.

Cluster Fuel Cell BW — bundled competences in Baden-Württemberg

Cluster Fuel Cell BW has been bringing together participants in hydrogen and fuel cell technology from Baden-Württemberg since 2013. The aim of the cooperation between companies, research institutions, universities, associations and the public sector is to accelerate the market ramp-up and market maturity of the various hydrogen technologies. Thematically, the entire hydrogen economy is covered: from production and distribution to the various applications in mobility, stationary energy supply and industry. The cluster also addresses industrial manufacturing and recycling processes as well as the cross-cutting issues of internationalisation and education and training.

With its 250 partners, the Cluster Fuel Cell BW is the network for the H2BW platform. This is also located at e-mobil BW and serves as a central contact point for all matters relating to hydrogen in Baden-Württemberg.
